AI crew for contractorsGCs · site work · remodelers
Drop the prints in. Check the bid.
Five AI bots that work your office. They draft estimates from bid packages, follow up on every bid you send, and sort your bookkeeper's receipts. Nothing goes out without your OK.
The crew
Five bots.
One job each.
- Front DeskText it, call it or email it. It routes the work and sends you one 6:45 AM text: bids due, follow-ups waiting, receipts unmatched.
- Bid DeskBid invite in, draft estimate out. Lists every sheet, pulls scope and due date, flags every open question.
- Bid TrackerLogs every bid you send. Drafts a follow-up on day 3, 7 and 14 with no answer, and asks before sending.
- Receipt SorterFiles receipts from email to Drive by card and job, logged in one sheet. QuickBooks stays untouched.
- Job ClerkRead-only answers from JobTread: job status, budget to date, what you charged per yard last time.
Where the hours go
Check bids. Stop building them.
One Pittsburgh site contractor's week, measured before any bots. The owner's words: "I'm a bottleneck."
Today
- 8 hours of owner and VP time per bid
- Follow-ups live in the owner's head
- 30-45 minutes a day on 15 receipts
- $150K a year to hire an estimator
With the crew
- Your estimator checks a draft
- Day 3, 7 and 14 follow-ups drafted for you
- Receipts filed by card and job
- Labor and equipment pricing stays yours
Numbers from our founding client's workflow audit, July 2026.
Ask first
Nothing goes out without your OK.
Every bot asks before it acts. Nothing goes to a GC, a vendor, QuickBooks or a job budget until you say so. Approve from your phone between sites.
Pricing
Founding price. Three spots.
A done-for-you install, the construction skills, and me running it with you every month. Not another app to learn.
- Installed on your company's own account. You own it.
- Skills built on your cost codes and past bids
- Pricing rules tuned after every bid
- Under 2 hours of owner time per bid by month 3, or the monthly stops
- Worst case: it takes longer than 60 days, and everything built stays yours
In return: a 3-minute video, your real numbers published, 3 intros.
List price after the founding three: $20,000 + $3,000/month.
Straight answers.
Where are the results?
Not here yet. The first install is set up and passing its tests, but it hasn't run a live bid. No testimonials, no logos, no "saved 20 hours a week." When the first numbers come in, they go on this page, good or bad.
Does it replace my estimator?
No. It does the first pass: sheets, scope, quantities flagged for checking, questions for the GC. Your estimator checks a draft instead of building one. Labor and equipment pricing stays human.
What do I need on my end?
A Mac in the office, your email, Google Drive, and JobTread if you use it. The bots run on a cloud computer, so you can text them from the truck.
We're on QuickBooks Desktop. Problem?
No. Receipt Sorter files and logs outside QuickBooks. Nothing gets written into your books.
What if I stop paying?
The install is on your account, so the bots keep running. You lose the operator, not the crew.
Bring your last bid.
30 minutes. Tell me how long it took and who touched it. I'll show you what the crew would draft and what stays yours.
